A group's ballot push to define personhood as a fertilized egg wins the Ballot Title Board's OK.

A state board Wednesday rejected arguments that a ballot measure to define personhood in the Colorado Constitution as a fertilized egg is either misleading or a violation of the single-subject rule.

Colorado for Equal Rights is a small group of proponents pushing an initiative that would lay the constitutional foundation for making abortion and certain forms of contraception illegal in the state.
