Download and complete this form to register to vote. Mail the form to the office of the Clerk & Recorder of the county in which you reside. 2. Attend your party's state convention & assembly in May Colorado's major parties hold county conventions and assemblies during the spring. If you were nominated as a delegate to attend these events during your party's county convention & assembly, make sure you: (1) show up and (2) bring a pro-choice resolution for your party to incorporate in its state party platform. 3.
